We had a wonderful couple of hours with Colleen and Jeff and their grandson at their oyster farm and in their working shed. The boat ride three km out onto the platform in the bay with the sun and sea spray on our faces was fun. Colleen was friendly and open not only in telling us about oyster farming and distribution but also their determination and resilience in starting their business 35 years ago. She was also very generous with our sampling of the oysters. It was a privilege to taste the plump oyster straight out of the sea and into our mouths - with a squeeze of home grown lime and 5 drops of a local herbaceous gin. An experience in the Eyre Peninsula we will always remember.

Great way to spend the morning. Delicious fresh Oysters and wine. The hosts Jeff and Collen were very friendly and informative. Well skippered by there grandson. Would definitely recommend.

Caught a perfect weather day and whilst a low tide challenged Jeff and Colleen went out of their way to make our experience very enjoyable. Great concept even for non oyster eaters. Colleen very informative and ready to answer any questions while watch Jeff replace racks on the beds below. Beautiful sensation sitting out on the platform with glass of wine and various flavours to try on fresh succulent oysters.

we've just had an enjoyable morning out on the oyster lease with Colleen, Jeff and Jai - great genuine hospitality, delicious oysters straight from the sea, local wine and meeting the resident aged care oyster. I highly recommend this tour as a way to learn about this regions aquaculture from the grower's themselves and try the freshest oysters possible.

What a wonderful experience! Fresh Oysters straight from the water to the top deck table with a glass of Riesling for breakfast! Colleen provides exceptional knowledge on the growing, harvesting and shucking of oysters. Great company, chatting like old friends, so personable.
